My journey to becoming a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant is deeply personal. Inspired by my mother, a compassionate Registered Nurse, I've always been drawn to helping others. My career began in healthcare from an early age, from medical offices to supporting high-risk mothers, all while earning my degree in Child and Family Development from The University of Georgia. For over a decade, I navigated the corporate healthcare world.
But it was the birth of my first child that truly transformed my path. Like many new parents, I faced the overwhelming reality of sleepless nights and the struggle to find a sleep solution that worked for our family. The standard, one-size-fits-all advice simply didn't cut it. I understand firsthand the exhaustion, the frustration, and the feeling of isolation that comes with sleep deprivation. Through dedicated research and a lot of perseverance, we found our rhythm, and it was life-changing.
That experience sparked a passion within me. I realized my calling was to support other families facing the same sleep challenges. I know what it's like to feel lost and helpless. My goal is to empower you to find the rest you deserve, so you can thrive as individuals and connect as a family.
